Job Title: Email Support Agent
Monthly Pay: $4,400 - $4,900 USD per month
Summary:
Join a fully remote team supporting policyholders and account holders through clear, timely email responses. This entry-level, full-time Email Support Agent role resolves routine service questions, documents interactions, and routes complex account or policy concerns to the appropriate team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound emails about policy documents, payment status, account access, and service requests.
• Review customer details and prior correspondence before preparing accurate written responses.
• Record case notes, actions taken, and follow-up needs in the support platform.
• Explain standard processes, required documents, and next steps using approved resources.
• Escalate sensitive, complex, or time-sensitive concerns to designated specialists.
• Monitor assigned email queues and follow response-quality guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Clear, professional writing skills with careful grammar and tone.
• Comfort navigating web-based account platforms and reference materials.
• Ability to interpret customer questions and provide concise next steps.
• Interest in insurance or financial account service processes.
• Ability to manage independent work in a remote environment.
