We are seeking a licensed or license-ready Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated, competitive, and eager to grow within a proven sales model.
What You’ll Do
This is a sales-dominant role ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and closing business.
- Generate new business through Centers of Influence (COIs) including realtors, mortgage lenders, and local business professionals
- Identify and convert opportunities within an existing book of business
- Build and maintain referral partnerships to create consistent lead flow
- Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Deliver a consultative sales experience focused on client needs and coverage education
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license OR willingness to obtain (with our support)
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn through performance
- Comfortable networking, prospecting, and building community relationships
- Ability to work both warm leads and self-generated opportunities
- Strong communication skills and confidence in closing
- Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
