Facility: Regency at Fremont USD 12,000 Sign On Bonus for Part Time The MDS Nurse is responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), including the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs), care planning and supporting documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role ensures assessments reflect each resident's clinical status and supports individualized care planning. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: * LPN with one year experience and excellent assessment skills preferred * Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
