Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesAnalyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
